I was looking for information about hauling someone in rear first with a harpoon and colliding with them. Initially, I thought this was resolved with tailgating, which seemed pointless, because if the front car is still faster, nothing happens. So, I looked it up in the FAQ, and it says in this situation, it’s resolved as a “rear ender”. Great – not tailgating, so maybe not pointless after all! But now I can’t find any rules about rear enders. Can someone please either explain them to me, or point me in the right direction?
    Thanks!

Rear-ender and tailgate are the same thing. I’d suggest that dragging a car back towards you from the lead is never pointless, even if it doesn’t result in a very damaging collision.
